Duster Coat – Primark | Top – Zara | Levi Shorts – eBay | Heels – Miss Selfridge
So as you can probably tell from my extremely pasty legs, these photos were taken before we went to Thailand! I thought I’d do something a little different, because I always struggle to find the line between wearing your Vans out into town or for drinks and going all out looking as though you’re about to enter a club in Mayfair.
It was a TASK finding a pair of Levi’s this year too – since going to the gym, my waist has gotten smaller but my thighs have very obviously (see above) gotten a little bigger so every part of me is a different size! So it meant belting up. Anyway, I’ll stop rambling but I just wanted to say that Levi shorts are so versatile. Depending on your shoes in particular, you can always wear them out too.
This outfit would probably be great for a nice meal and drinks! Adam bought me the heels for my birthday (good egg!), and I love them so much – honestly one of the most comfortable pairs of heels I’ve owned. For this look in particular, they just tie it all together which I love. With a simple over the shoulder bag or clutch, you’d be ready for the night.
If you’re looking for a proper ‘night on the tiles’ (this makes me sound so old) type of look, I would style the shorts up with a simple white cami or vest, and heeled boots; you can never go wrong with basics!
What do you think?
